Advertising Policy
Oralmed.com, which we refer to as “Oralmed” in this Policy, accepts advertisements from third parties referred to as “Advertisers”. Advertisements may include content, banners, pictures, badges, text paragraphs or other media types referred to as “Advertising” or “Advertisements” and created or provided by an Advertiser. In addition, as used in this Policy, “Advertisements” and “Advertising” may contain content provided for or on behalf of Advertisers. The Advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and objectivity of its Ads.
Oralmed manages various aspects of Advertising for its users and issues such as acceptance of Ads by Oralmed, display of Ads on Oralmed and removal of Ads from Oralmed. Oralmed has sole and absolute discretion in the interpretation and implementation of this policy and all other matters related to Advertising in Oralmed. We may change this policy at any time at its own discretion and publish the revised current policy on Oralmed.
Oralmed has the sole discretion to determine the types of advertisements to be accepted and displayed on Oralmed. We will not knowingly accept Advertisements that, in its opinion, do not find true and enjoyable based on the facts. There are certain Ad categories that Oralmed will never knowingly allow to be displayed on Oralmed. These categories include but are not limited to:
– Illegal, objectionable, dangerous products,
– Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or offensive material,
– Unreasonable, improbable or extraordinary product or service claims,
– Media or messages containing unproven and exaggerated treatment claims,
– Material that discriminates or attacks on age, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability,
– Material that misrepresents or mocks a person or group,
– Media or messages containing political content and campaigns,
– Games, media or messages with adult content,
– Weapons, firearms, ammunition or fireworks,
– Pornography or related themes,
– Gambling and gambling related games,
– Drugs and drug abuse,
– All kinds of tobacco use,
– Alcohol.
Oralmed recognizes and protects the difference between Advertising and Oralmed’s editorial content. All Advertisements on Oralmed will be clearly defined. Oralmed does not allow the publication of an Ad that does not indicate that it was provided by a specific Advertiser or made on behalf of the Advertiser. Clicking on the ad connects the end user to the relevant sponsored content area or Advertiser’s site via Oralmed.
Oralmed reserves the exclusive right to determine how Ads will be displayed on Oralmed. Oralmed reserves the right, at any time, to decide at its sole discretion whether to accept, reject, cancel or remove the Ad. We cannot give any guarantee that the Ads on Oralmed will run error-free on all platforms.
It is the Advertiser’s responsibility to include all legally required legends, disclosures and statements in Advertisements on Oralmed, and to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws and regulations. Oralmed reserves the right to review all Ads for compliance with current laws and regulations. However, Oralmed is not obliged to monitor the compliance of the advertisements to be published in Oralmed with the current laws and regulations. However, if Oralmed becomes aware of any breach or potential violation of any current law, regulation or this Advertising Policy, Oralmed may remove this Ad from Oralmed.
No Ad in Oralmed will contain any information collection software code or will not place any information collection software code on the devices of Oralmed users’ browsers unless expressly approved in writing by Oralmed. If Oralmed approves, in writing, the inclusion of any information gathering software code in an advertisement, unless this consent contains an express exception;
– Advertiser may not use any information collection software code to collect any personally-identifiable information from Oralmed user,
– Any cookie or information collection software code placed on Oralmed must be in a form that can be blocked and/or deleted by user browser settings.
